STEP 1. Clean the surface area.
STEP 2: Apply paint stripper.
STEP 3: Give the paint stripper time to set.
STEP 4: Use a high pressure washer to remove paint and paint striper.
STEP 5: Repeat as necessary until all the paint is removed.
